***450 Harrison Avenue, the SOWA building,
is brick with a yellow SOWA banner on the front. We are
at the corner of Harrison and Thayer Street. The lobby entrance
is located 100 yards off Harrison, on Thayer Street.
Driving from the Route 93 North:
Take Exit 20 [Mass Pike / Albany Street]. Bear LEFT to Albany
Street (do not go right onto the Mass Pike). Albany Street
runs beneath and parallel to the Expressway. At the second
light (with Mobil station on corner), take a RIGHT onto
E. Berkeley Street. At the first light, take a LEFT onto
Harrison Ave. *** Follow directions above.
Driving from Route 93 South:
Take Exit 20 [Mass Pike / E. Berkeley Street]. This route
frequently changes due to construction so look for signs.
As you come off the Expressway stay in the left lane. Make
a LEFT onto E. Berkeley Street (on your left, under the
Expressway, will be a Mobil station). At the first light,
take a LEFT onto Harrison Avenue. *** Follow directions

From Mass Pike Eastbound (toward
Boston):
Take the Copley/Prudential exit. As you go through the exit
tunnel, stay to your RIGHT toward Copley. You will exit
onto Stuart Street; stay in the center lane and continue
straight to your second light. Take RIGHT onto Clarendon
Street. You will pass the Hard Rock Cafe on your left. Follow
Clarendon Street, and cross thru the light at Columbus Avenue.
At the next light, make a LEFT onto Tremont Street and a
quick RIGHT onto Waltham Street. Continue straight through
stop signs at Shawmut Avenue and then Washington Street.
At the next light (Rebecca's Cafe will be diagonally across
from you), take a LEFT onto Harrison Avenue. *** Follow

Parking:
For events, free parking is available in parking lots at 500
Harrison Ave. and in a lot behind 450 Harrison (entrance from
Albany Street ). During the day, parking is usually available
in these same parking lots for free and there is 2 hour parking
on the East side of Harrison Street .
Public Transportation:

Take the Orange Line to New
England Medical Center. From there you can
take the Silver Line bus to the East Berkeley Street
stop. If you choose to walk, bear right onto Washington
Street, across the Mass Pike, make a left onto E. Berkeley,
and take a right onto Harrison Avenue. ***Follow directions

You may also take the Orange
Line to Back Bay Station. Exit the station
and continue to the right down Clarendon Street, follow
the directions above “From Mass Pike Eastbound.”
The walk from Copley is a more scenic view of the South
End, but the shortest walk is from the New England Medical
Center stop. Also, consider the new Silver Line stop
at E. Berkeley Street below.

Bus to E. Berkeley Street. Walk down E. Berkeley
street (away from Back Bay and toward the expressway,
