Stefanie is an architect by training and an artist at heart. Her thought
process is in part analytic – observing, categorizing, evaluating, but in
larger part synthetic – grouping, connecting and relating. What emerges
are often strange bedfellows, dream states, tightly rendered
impossibilities and sometimes just the pure joy of nature. The themes
are personal and not personal; love, hurt, beauty, loss, truth and lies.

The SOWA Artists Guild at 450 Harrison Avenue is a non-profit association of professional studio artists. The Guild’s purpose is to promote the diversity and individuality of the artists working in this flagship space, 450 Harrison Ave, the center of the SOWA Art & Design District.

The SOWA Art & Design District of Boston has developed into a major artist community with hundreds of artists’ studios and dozens of galleries.
